Hi, I'm a 2nd year Dentistry student and looking for a MALE STUDENT flatmate for my apartment as soon as possible to stay on for a long time. It’s in Vinohrady (Prague 2), 5 mins walk to Jiřího z poděbrad (Metro A + tram). Very close to Riegrovy Sady. Included are wardrobe, cabinet, coat stand, 2 sofas (1 can be converted to bed), dining table, chairs, drying rack, lamp, iron, mirror, bedside table + light and a washing machine. Shower in the bathroom, separate toilet, sinks in both. In the kitchen there’s 2 stoves, oven, fridge, freezer, sink, more storage, some utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There’s also another double bed, mattress, desk and office chair. Very nice and safe area, apartment is quiet so ideal for studying. Deposit is 20,000. Rent is 10,000 + 2,250 (utilities) so 12250 per person each month, at the end of the year if less utilities are used, there may be some compensation.
