The appartment is quiet, big window into a garden. Very close to all the amenities (supermarket, restaurants, tram stop, metro, You name it!). Direct rental from the owner (You save, since You dont need to pay the fees to the real estate agent). One minor flaw: the sink is not mounted yet. But the hot/cold water outlets are ready, the plumber will do the job in half an hour, and I will pay for it.
